Bradford is a vibrant multicultural city with an endless list of things to do.
One great thing about Bradford is the easily available transport, with Bradford Interchange and Forster Square being a 10-minute walk from the University with frequent, direct trains to major cities like London, Manchester and only a 20-minute train journey to Leeds.
You can balance the hustling city life with a trip to beautiful villages within Bradford like Saltaire or hop on a train to countryside nearby like Ilkley with its beautiful nature and scenery. You can even go on a hike or bathe in the only outdoor pool in Yorkshire!
There is so much to do within Bradford! Admiring its beautiful architecture like at Waterstones or visiting the art gallery at Lister Park and the Science and Media Museum in the city centre are just a couple of options. Other activities include ice skating or watching a musical at the Alhambra. The Light Cinema opened recently located next to Bradford Broadway with sofa reclining seats and tickets for as low as £5 for students.
One of the best things about Bradford is the great quality food and the range and availability of it. From South Asian cuisines to Chinese and Mexican, Bradford has everything. One of Leap Taxis’ favourite is the newly opened cafe Esquires which has become a popular study hub amongst students. It is a brilliant place to go with its friendly environment, free WIFI and lovely food.
